VALENO Skin Film

EXCOR VALENO skin film is a VCI corrosion protection skin film based on polyethylene with VCI active substance integrated in the polymer matrix. Both sides of the film provide effective VCI protection.

Skin films are used in skin packages to protect metal surfaces against mechanical and corrosive damage and as protective packaging for small and replacement parts. It is advisable to use a combination of EXCOR VALENO skin film and EXCOR ABRIGO skinboards because fibre boards without corrosion protection can promote corrosion on contact areas to bare metal surfaces.

All VALENO skin films can be delivered for use on packing machines. Extras such as customer-specific printing, dying, ESD protection, flame retardation, defined mechanical strength properties, transparency, etc. can be combined as desired.
