EXCOR VALENO bags and covers are finished from a VCI corrosion protection film based on polyethylene with a VCI active substances incorporated into the polymer matrix.

As a result of the finishing to bags and covers the packaging process is particularly simple: the metal to be protected is placed in the bags or under the covers and sealed as tightly as possible.

Extras such as self-sealing capabilities, customer-specific printing, dying, ESD protection, flame retardation, defined mechanical strength properties, transparency, etc. can be combined as desired.
