UNICO Foam

EXCOR UNICO combines the proven corrosion protection action of EXCOR VCI with the broad functional spectrum of  soft foam, which is popular in packaging. The open-cell cellular foam also greatly increases the diffusing surface area and thus enables a more rapid build-up phase. EXCOR UNICO is odourless, dry, abrasion-proof and has a good aging resistance. It is a supplement to EXCOR corrosion protection products based on film and paper. In such combinations EXCOR UNICO can give rise to a more rapid protective action. In principle, UNICO should be placed as centrally as possible and close to the metals to be protected. It is possible to equip it with an adhesive strip for simple mounting.

However, EXCOR UNICO can also protect packaging spaces or interior spaces of cabinets, housings, cavities and machines against corrosion by itself.

Dosage: 1 m² UNICO protects 2 m³ of volume.
